At BlackToe Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your footwear or apparel is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original shoe box included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in a shipping box—please do not use the shoe box as the primary shipping container—and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our run specialists inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
